ld89 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

📌1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and ld89 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ld89 online casino, sports betting, and gaming services available at https://ld89.ws and all associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account on ld89, making a deposit, accessing any game, placing any bet, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C in their entirety, together with ld89's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these T&C, you must immediately cease using the Services.

👤2. Eligibility and Permitted Users

Access to ld89 Services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure they are legally permitted to use online gambling services in their jurisdiction before registering an account.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) active account on ld89 at any time. Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with winnings forfeited. To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it promptly if it changes.

• ▸You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number for OTP-based account verification. This number is used for security verification on every login and withdrawal request.
• ▸You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and OTP codes. ld89 will never request your password or OTP via email, SMS, or social media.
• ▸Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility until you notify ld89 of any unauthorised access.
• ▸ld89 reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual activity, potential fraud, or KYC non-compliance is detected, pending investigation. During suspension, withdrawal requests may be held.
• ▸Account sharing — permitting any third party to access or use your ld89 account — is prohibited. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

💸4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ld89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ld89 integrates directly with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay at the API level. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted subject to their respective network terms. Funds deposited on ld89 must be used for gaming activity and may not be used as a money storage or transfer facility.

• ▸Minimum deposit: ৳100. No maximum deposit limit applies to standard accounts. Deposits are credited to your ld89 wallet within seconds of payment confirmation.
• ▸Minimum withdrawal: ৳300. Target processing time to bKash and Nagad is under 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times to Visa and Mastercard may vary.
• ▸All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ld89 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited under all circumstances.
• ▸ld89 reserves the right to request proof-of-payment-method documentation (screenshot of mobile banking app, card front image) before processing any withdrawal on accounts flagged for review.
• ▸Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture.
• ▸ld89 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals processed through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Transaction fees levied by the payment provider itself are outside ld89's control and may apply.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to a member's account, ld89 reserves the right to correct the error and reverse the erroneous transaction, regardless of how long the error has been present. Members are obligated to notify ld89 immediately upon becoming aware of any such error.

🎲6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ld89 are operated either by certified third-party studios using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software, or as live dealer games where outcomes are determined by real physical events (cards, wheels, dice) observed on camera. ld89 does not operate its own RNG infrastructure for third-party studio games.

• ▸The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical average return over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee any individual player's outcome in any single session.
• ▸In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, ld89's system will attempt to resolve the round in the member's favour where technically possible. Where resolution cannot be determined, the round stake will be refunded.
• ▸Sports betting odds are set by ld89's sportsbook team and are subject to change without notice up until the event start time. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds are locked for that bet.
• ▸ld89 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds, or where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, including but not limited to corrupted feeds or data errors.
• ▸Maximum payout per bet, per day, and per event are as specified on the respective game or sport page within the ld89 platform. These limits apply regardless of the stake amount or number of combined bets.

🚫7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ld89 and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• ❌Operating, registering, or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• ❌Collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting.
• ❌Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ld89 games or the sports betting platform in place of a human player.
• ❌Money laundering — using ld89 deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals as a mechanism to legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity. ld89 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• ❌Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Any winnings derived from exploitation of known or discovered errors are void.
• ❌Selling, transferring, or otherwise commercialising your ld89 account, account balance, or any bonus credits to any third party.

ld89 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Where ld89 has reason to suspect that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. All winnings accumulated during any period of underage usage will be permanently forfeited.

⚖️9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ld89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of winnings, or interruption of service. ld89's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident.

ld89 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ld89 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Service availability targets are published separately and represent ld89's operational goals, not contractual guarantees.

✏️10. Amendments to These Terms

ld89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via a notification within the ld89 platform interface or by email to the registered account address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the ld89 Services following the effective date of any amended T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment comes into effect by contacting support at [email protected].

🌍11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law, as applied by ld89's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between a member and ld89, the member should first contact ld89's support team at [email protected]. ld89 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, both parties agree to seek resolution through a mutually agreed third-party mediator before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
